One of Julia Adele Design’s founding principles is to give back to the community. As such, Julia has worked on several projects to serve those in need in Los Angeles and in other cities around the country.

Julia is a firm believer that everyone deserves to have a home that is suited to their needs.  And with a population with varying degrees of abilities this looks different for everyone. This is why Julia has certificate in Home Modifications from USC and in Universal Design from the University of Buffalo.

Julia feels that there is no bigger joy than being able to help someone make their home accessible. Read more about her work in her Southbay Magazine profile.

In 2017, the firm designed Accessory Dwelling Units (low income housing) for the city of Los Angeles as well as worked for Furnishing Hope, which provide safe livable housing for homeless women and children. Find out more about this project in LMU Alumni Magazine.

Through Furnishing Hope, Julia Adele Design works with Wounded Warriors, a charity and veterans service organization that serves wounded veterans. The firm designs homes to accommodate the special needs of wounded veterans.  In fact, Julia Adele Design, competed in a Designer's Challenge for this organization, which was featured on ABC News.

We are always looking for opportunities to help our community through design. Contact us below with projects we can help with.
